The views looking at Nevis from the terrace were absolutely amazing and a couple of the mornings watched kite surfing down below. The grounds surrounding the home were also gorgeous. The location of the home was within 15 minutes of many fun places to go, and we actually enjoyed the road leading to the home. As we drove to and from the home, we saw many monkeys, extra large hermit crabs and large land crabs. The home was equipped with everything we needed to enjoy our week away from home. Loved it!!!!! "This hotel is very centrally located in Basterre, a very walkable distance from the ferry terminal, shops, and downtown. There is a grocery store located downstairs (the property is a walk up stairs). I had a great stay and would recommend this property to friends."

"Overall our stay at the property and in the Lighthouse was very pleasant and enjoyable. It was very quiet so it was like having a private beach. The Lighthouse is small and quaint as described with amazing views. Having the Chrishi Beach Club (restaurant) on site was very convenient. There are a few other places to eat within walking distance, but the main supermarket requires a cab ride.Although not an issue for some, renters should be aware that the window coverings provide privacy, and some limited light protection, but not great. There is also glass block on three walls so when the sun rises, the Lighthouse gets light!We had a small issue with our shower (not getting to a desired temperature) that was going to get addressed."
